Mono print Mountain ~A3 Print on Card

This print is 300gsm Art texture paper. The design is inspired by walks around ‘Arthur’s Seat’ in Edinburgh. I like the way the mono print creates movement and interesting marks on the piece that appear like rocks and the fields surrounding. There’s a strong neon red/orange drawing the eye on the journey like a map line or walking route. 
 
Technique 
To create the art I Mono printed the piece. Then I used painting to embellish it. This technique is explained more here.
 
Gift Wrapping
Because this is a print I will put a piece of recycled card board behind it and into a recycled plastic cover to protect it. It is then tied with some twine and mailed to you.
