The Copper Way ~ A3 Print on Card

This piece is a print on Paper 300gsm cartridge with a rough art paper texture. It's design is all about the beauty of copper foiling and mono printing. It looks like a map journey across the landscape. I like to think its at sunset when the landscape gets dark. 
 
Technique: To create the art work I used mono printing, painting and copper foiling. Mono printing is a technique using a flat surface and painting or drawing into it to then place onto paper, creating a print. This technique is explained more here by scrolling to the Processes section in about page. 
 
Gift Wrapping
Because this is a print I will put a piece of recycled card board behind it and into a recycled plastic cover to protect it. It is then tied with some twine and mailed to you.
